The room was great. A customer service rep reached out to me, before I checked in to upgrade from double beds to queen beds. I was happy about the call. I thought I had booked queen beds. Good call.

Good
The fact that I got my personal items stolen from inside my room and that the hotel staff didn’t care at all ruined the whole experience, so there is nothing positive that I would like to say.

I booked a room with a king bed but that is not what I received. I received a small room with a small queen bed. I had no support from the hotel staff to resolve the error. Terrible hotel.

Wonderful
Great location, right on the heart of the Strip. Great for the price considering that. Pleasantly surprised with the vibe just outside the hotel with new restaurants
